• The number of characters is calculated by the number of letters, numbers, punctuation, spaces and lines in the text. If you do not need to add the number of lines and spaces, you can check the respective counters separately.
• When calculating characters for social media, all characters (letters, numbers, spaces, lines, punctuation marks…) are calculated. In addition, a certain lower limit has been set for social media counters. This lower limit value is -99. As the number of characters increases, the social media counters will approach 0 and then continue until -99. This value is considered to be sufficient.
• For a text to be counted as a sentence, it must contain a period(.), exclamation point(!) or question mark(?) at the end of the text.
• There should be spaces between words. If 2 words are combined, they count as 1 word.
• To calculate the number of paragraphs, there must be characters in the line. Blank lines do not count as paragraphs.
• A space and a line are not the same. They are calculated in different ways.
